This portion of resilience training teaches how to regulate arousal, so that we can be at our best.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How the stress\u2013related disorders (sometimes called the \u201cdiseases of arousal\u201d) all share common symptoms of dysregulated arousal, ranging from agitation to numbing.<\/li>\n<li>Normalizing trauma.
